One Rock Capital Partners, LLC (“One Rock” or the “Firm”), a value-oriented, operationally focused private equity firm, is pleased to announce the addition of Damon Anderson to its team of Operating Partners. Mr. Anderson will work closely with the Firm’s portfolio companies to drive post-acquisition value through supply chain and procurement initiatives.

Mr. Anderson joins One Rock with more than 25 years of experience across procurement, global sourcing, supply chain, acquisition integration and operational improvement in both private equity-backed and publicly traded companies. Most recently, Mr. Anderson served as Vice President, Global Sourcing & Distribution at NSI Industries, a company that operated under a series of private equity owners through multiple successful exits. During his time at NSI, Mr. Anderson held a variety of leadership roles across supply chain and sourcing, building the company’s acquisition integration playbook and guiding the business through a series of acquisitions. Prior to NSI, Mr. Anderson held a series of sourcing leadership roles at Newell Brands, most recently as Segment Sourcing Lead for the company’s global Tools business.
