The connector returns professionally reviewed emergency protocols as written, with the source cited, inside the AI assistants employees already use.

WASHINGTON, DC, UNITED STATES, October 27, 2026 /EINPresswire.com/ — RockDove Solutions, Inc., developer of the In Case of Crisis crisis management platform, today announced the general availability of In Case of Crisis AI. The service puts thirty reviewed emergency protocols inside the AI assistants employees already use, Claude, ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot, and returns each one as written, with its source cited.

More and more, the place people at work go to ask what to do is an AI chat window. Gallup reported in the second quarter of 2026 that 52% of U.S. employees use AI in their roles at least a few times a year. An emergency plan does its work at the moment someone asks, so it has to be reachable where the asking now happens. With nothing approved to draw on, a general-purpose AI assistant answers from what it generally knows, and nobody has reviewed that answer.

In Case of Crisis AI connects through the Model Context Protocol, the open standard for linking AI assistants to other systems. An employee asks in plain language, in the chat already open on their screen. The connector finds the matching protocol and returns it as written, naming the source of the guidance.

The library starts with thirty protocols covering six categories, from fire and life safety to cybersecurity. RockDove built them based on public guidance from CISA, FEMA, Ready.gov, OSHA, and NIST. The library has been reviewed by a certified emergency management professional.

In Case of Crisis AI can also work alongside In Case of Crisis 365, RockDove’s crisis management platform. In Case of Crisis 365 coordinates the response: who decides and who acts, the message that reaches people, and the activity log behind every decision. In Case of Crisis AI answers the individual employee in the moment, with a reviewed protocol and its source.

“People already take their work questions to an AI assistant, and an emergency question is the one where the answer matters most,” Chris Britton, General Manager, said in a statement. “Organizations can now make sure that answer is a reviewed protocol, returned with its source.”

Inference runs on the customer’s existing Claude, ChatGPT, or Copilot subscription, under the enterprise agreement already in place, so adopting the service adds no new AI vendor to the customer’s data-handling chain. Connections use standard OAuth to authenticate with the customer’s identity provider. Protocols and queries are not used to train third-party AI models. RockDove maintains an annual SOC 2 Type II report, audited by Prescient Assurance, available through its Trust Center.

U.S. organizations can start with a seven-day trial today at incaseofcrisis.ai. Early-adopter annual pricing for sign-ups through December 31, 2026, starts at $3,500, depending on the organization’s employee size. Organizations outside the United States receive a quote from the RockDove sales team.
