SmartPour^® debuts alongside EverIQ™, a digital platform connecting cartons, equipment and operational data

CHARLOTTE, N.C., Oct. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Evergreen by Novolex will debut its SmartPour dry filling machine at PACK EXPO International, October 18-21, 2026, at McCormick Place in Chicago. Built to pair with the company’s SmartPour carton, the precision-engineered machine brings speed, accuracy and consistency to dry ingredient packaging lines.

The SmartPour dry filling machine is engineered to transform both packaging lines and the consumer experience, helping manufacturers eliminate messy spills and inconsistent fills. Running 50 cartons per minute, it is designed to replace the dry filling equipment many manufacturers use today.

Evergreen by Novolex will also offer an early look at EverIQ™, a digital platform that is designed to connect cartons, filling equipment and operational data in a single ecosystem. Planned capabilities include predictive maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime, AI-powered troubleshooting and quality monitoring, and continuous improvement insights to help lower scrap and improve consistency.

SmartPour cartons offer an easy-to-pour and resealable closure, making them ideal for dry, pourable products such as premium cereals, crackers, snacks, baking ingredients, pet food, powders and formulas. The cartons eliminate the plastic bag insert, preventing messy, bag-in-box spillage, while the resealable closure and barrier technology help keep contents fresh. Their sturdy design holds its shape, improving shelf visibility and protecting packaging integrity through home delivery.
