Construction line of credit now available to qualified subcontractors nationwide, complementing Billd’s suite of products built specifically for commercial construction
AUSTIN, Texas, Oct. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Billd, the leading provider of financial solutions for commercial subcontractors, today announced the national launch of Flex Line, its revolving line of credit for subcontractors, in partnership with Cross River Bank (“Cross River”), a leading technology infrastructure platform powering embedded financial solutions serving as the trust anchor for global banking and money movement. Flex Line is a line of credit product offered through Cross River that provides qualified subcontractors with access to working capital designed specifically for the realities of the construction business.
Built to use alongside a traditional line of credit, Flex Line offers subcontractors flexible working capital that isn’t tied to a single project. As a revolving line of credit, available credit replenishes as the balance is repaid, and there are no fees for unused funds.
“Flex Line gives our long-time customers one more way to access working capital, available right when subcontractors need it. It’s the simplest and easiest line of credit subcontractors will ever use,” said Chris Doyle, Founder and CEO of Billd. “Alongside Material Financing and Pay App Advance, Flex Line rounds out a product suite built to empower subcontractors to do the best work of their lives.”
The national expansion is made possible through Billd’s partnership with Cross River, which powers financial technology programs across accounts, cards, payments, lending, digital assets and agentic commerce for some of the world’s most recognized brands.
Flex Line complements Billd’s existing product suite, which includes Material Financing, Pay App Advance, and the Predictable Pay early payment program for general contractors. Flex Line eligibility is subject to application, credit review, and approval. Terms, conditions, and restrictions apply, visit billd.com/flex-line for more details.
Lines of credit made by Cross River, Member FDIC. This is not a deposit product.
